Hello! This is what this design will look like. Wow, more celebrity PSDs and brushes... I scare myself. Frodo is the character out of LOTR that annoys me; not because he is badly done (quite the opposite) but because he's so damn angsty. Legolas is much cooler. He's all "I don't care about death, even though I'm an elf and we're usually immortal. Plus my hair looks great and I can walk on snow and bring down whole oliphaunts. And I'm played by Orlando, who happens to be the HOTTEST PERSON IN THE WORLD!" You will need to change the USERNAME bits to your username, and the %%PREV%% and %%NEXT%% to lowercase.
